What?
The SuitesNature business model is based on innovation and technology to attain sustainability. It is a project in which we don’t just seek business growth and economic profitability, as is the case for numerous tourism projects. It goes way beyond that.
It is a commitment to raise awareness and inform the traveller about consumption, so that they can decide what type of tourism to take part in. To do this, we conceptualise and build accommodation units with sensors, which are connected between themselves, to inform the tourist in real time how sustainable their stay is proving to be.
Also, the traveller is not solely informed at all times, but they will also receive a reward according to their behaviour during their stay. The way of awarding the traveller may vary, from a discount on the final price to discounts on sustainable experiences within the local community. This reward will be defined by the hotel management.

There is a new trend in the tourism sector arising from a new demand from travellers. The new tourist is seeking more sustainable accommodation in natural environments, where they can enjoy a bespoke and individual experience in an uncrowded destination.
At SuitesNature we seek to adapt to this trend not just in the buildings, but across the board. Therefore, our activity is based on four fundamental pillars: sustainable architecture and construction, environmental, economic and social sustainability.
To achieve true sustainability, our projects will be certified by the BREEAM system (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology), the best known worldwide, in terms of evaluation and certification for sustainability. This certification will demonstrate the sustainability of our accommodation and that this has been certified.
"The BREEAM certificate evaluates impacts in 10 categories (Management, Health and Wellbeing, Energy, Transport, Water, Materials, Waste, Land use ecology, Pollution and Innovation) and, along with the Technical Manual for the methodology, it awards a final rating that acts as a reference point. "
